Operating in an increasingly saturated market, the brand faced a growing number of imitators and needed to clearly reassert its leadership.

We began with detailed brand and competitor analysis to understand the landscape and identify how the academy could stand apart. The outcome was a bold but strategic move: a complete renaming to Kixx.

The new identity stepped away from literal naming conventions and familiar mascots, introducing a custom, hand-crafted script wordmark that balanced personality with confidence. The established orange colour palette was retained to protect brand equity, while a refined typographic lockup reinforced the #TeamOrange ethos across franchises.
