Website Redesign to Drive Pension Enquiries

My Pension Expert provides independent pension advice to people across the UK, helping customers understand their retirement options and make informed decisions about their financial future. As the business continued to develop its digital presence, the website needed to evolve to provide a clearer user experience, better showcase the brand and, crucially, encourage more visitors to make an enquiry.

Working within My Pension Expert’s established brand guidelines, we reimagined how the existing identity could translate across the new website. This included designing a suite of new graphics, exploring greater use of the secondary colour palette and developing how the brand’s distinctive ‘Circle of Potential’ could be used throughout the digital experience. The result created greater visual variety while maintaining a recognisable and consistent brand identity.

User experience and conversion were central to the redesign. We introduced a new mega menu to make My Pension Expert’s growing range of pension information easier to navigate, while making calls to action more prominent across the site. This created clearer pathways through the content and made it easier for users to take the next step towards seeking pension advice.

We also created three interactive calculators to provide visitors with useful tools as they explore their retirement options.

The relaunched website brings together a stronger interpretation of the existing brand with a more intuitive, conversion-focused digital experience. With clearer navigation, more prominent calls to action and interactive retirement tools, the platform is designed to support customers throughout their journey while helping My Pension Expert generate more enquiries.
