It’s business as usual here at Moirae. The teams have moved to working from home, providing the same high standard and support to all our clients. Our operating hours remain the same, between 9am and 5:30pm.
Throughout these uncertain and difficult times, we are available and ready to assist with any queries and concerns. We understand pressure is mounting across the board; locally, nationally and even globally. But rest assured, we are here to help and support you with any of your marketing needs.
We are carefully monitoring and analysing the situation and following Government guidelines to do what is best for our team, clients, and partners. We have procedures in place which enables us to continue the same multi-award-winning service as normal.
The team are working remotely, accessing from cloud-based technology which enables us to deliver the excellent service we have always delivered. All files and data are still fully secure under the usual General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
We are handling all our conference calls through the Microsoft Teams application, which enables us to communicate both internally and externally with our clients and partners.
We are very fortunate to have no confirmed cases of illness during these uncertain times, and hopefully we can all stay safe together over the coming months.
